Stephanie Harmon

I teach strength, empowerment and self expression through movement with Dance, Buti and Yoga.

Job Yoga and dance studio owner / Hustle and Flow

Lives In The West End

Stephanie has spent the majority of her professional career as a seamstress and upholsterer, but she has been a dancer and fitness enthusiast for just as long.  In June of 2014 Stephanie took ownership of Potland's West End yoga studio, Bhakti in Motion and with the transition of classes and instructors she decided to change the name to something that was in alignment with her vision.  Today, that hidden gem of a studio, is now known as, Hustle and Flow.  When she's not in the studio, you can find Stephanie walking around town, enjoying frequent coffee dates at all of the great coffee spots, you will also find her dancing her heart out on Thursday nights at Maine Ballroom for West African Dance.  Stephanie believes that dance and yoga, as a frequent practice, is the best way to explore who you really are and express it!
