Why did you choose Portland? Originally from Maine, I came to Portland after attending Colby College for a job in web development. It was a feeling more than anything else. Just walking down the street I could sense the potential of the place and thought, "This place is on the rise. I could live here. This would be fun." And I was right.

Who are Portlanders you admire and why? Anyone here who has started and runs a business in Portland - it takes blood, sweat and tears.
