Job Photographer
Lives In Deering Center
As a creative professional I make any vision a realization. My work is focused on people, what they do, what I tell them to do, how they relate to the environment and how no life is a small life. I do this through photography, a means of communicating viusally, what is being examined intellectually.
I am a father of two, I play guitar, sing songs & swim.
Portland, Maine has a wonderful creative community that I feel anyone can enter & grow.
Why did you choose Portland? It's got the vibrance, it's got the music, it's got the every little detail that makes us all want to dance.
Who are Portlanders you admire and why? So many ... Alison Beyea, for her wisdom & spark. Shoshanna White for her dedication to beauty & truth. Sean Wilkenson for his integrity in design, Dave Gutter for his brazen handling of a megaphone. Tom Abercrombie for his pursuit of a perfect beer. Mike Toderico for making great labels. Eric Sokol for the betterment of architecture. My children, of course, for everything they are ... this list would never stop ... ask me sometime.
What do you like to do with out-of-towners? Walk and eat, and shop and swim and drink and dance, and bowl...
Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? Bayside Bowl.
What's the most surprising thing about this city? It's only 60,000 people and rents are stupid.
What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? Bowling & beer, Bayside Bowl.
Do you have a serendipity spot? Where do you always bump into good people? On the sidewalk.
