Lives In Rosemont
I’ve lived in Beijing, New York, and St. John’s Newfoundland, but these days I hang my toothbrush in Portland.
I’ve cooked for money on occasion, but now it’s pretty much for fun, and to feed my girls. I like to play outside, sleep on the ground, and travel light.
I was a registered Maine guide, and if there’s one thing I miss about living in China, it’s the dumplings.
In brief, I’ve been a journalist for somewhere between seven and 10 years, depending on where you start counting. I’ve written feature magazine articles in the U.S., China, and Canada, and I’ve worked extensively in multimedia.
I’ve been building websites since 2008.

A Maine Guide in wing tips, helping you get safely in and out of "the woods" of Maine government.
I provide enlightenment of the senses with essential oils, herbs, flowers and fine art.
Creator of tasty lobster rolls. Avid supporter of Portland's food truck scene. Passionate about good food that accessible.
