Saudade is a queer, Portuguese, woman-run floral design and printmaking business based in Portland, Maine and operated by alum Jodi Ferry '14. For the summer of 2023, from June 2 to August 15, Saudade will be having a pop-up shop on the first floor of the Porteous building of MECA&D.  The back of the space will be a fully functioning floral design studio + print shop, with a store in the front, selling printed and floral offerings, Portuguese dry goods and other beautifully made work by local artists. Saudade is a Portuguese word meaning a deep longing - usually brought up by beautiful things in life - and we hope with our offerings, events, and  presence that we will share that feeling with our community.  

Hours;
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 12-8
Monday and Tuesday, closed
Wednesday and Thursday, 10-6
