Join us at the Maine Irish Heritage Center on Saturday, April 13th, from 6:30pm to 9pm for an evening of poetry readings in celebration of National Poetry Month and Seamus Heaney’s birthday! Taking place in our historic sanctuary, we will be featuring three extraordinary Maine poets: Robert Breen, Maya Stein, and Jeffrey Thomson. Light refreshments and a cash bar will be available. Donations in support of the Maine Irish Heritage Center are welcome. 

Doors open at 6:30pm and readings will start at 7pm. We look forward to seeing you as we celebrate National Poetry Month and honor Ireland’s rich story-telling culture.
