Lives In Portland

My name is Nathan. I am a new Dad and have been with the love of my life for the past four years. We recently moved to Portland back in August 2015. We chose Portland for it's ability to support all things local; local foods, local shops, local entreprenuers. It's also darn nice to look at too!

I currently work for Coffee By Design. Having been in the coffee industry for the last 7 years of my life, it was a natural fit for me. A company that not only believes in bettering the coffee industry but also loves and supports its community just as much as the the next one.

Photography is my side project. My brother and I own a company, Storybook Imaging Photography, where we primarily photograph weddings. I love both of my jobs. It is rare to be able to say that and I am truly thankful I can work in fields I am passionate about.

Why did you choose Portland? Its vibrancy. It has so much happening around, day and night. Some of the best restaurants, museums, activities for all ages, and probably the best selection of local beer I have ever encountered.

What do you like to do with out-of-towners? I love to take them to either a brewery or one of the many top notch restaurants. Then its to the sightseeing where Portland really shines!
