Lynnsay Maynard

I make radio!

Job Radio Producer / Maine Public Broadcasting Network

Lives In Cape Elizabeth

I love to produce, consume and discuss media. I am a ferocious reader and a runner.

Why did you choose Portland? I moved here after college! I stayed with the same employer but moved to a different office so I could be in a bigger city, closer to Boston, etc.

What do you like to do with out-of-towners? I let my glutton side show: I take them to coffee shops and breweries. I have yet to disappoint an out-of-towner.

Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? Tucked into a booth at The Snug!

What's the most surprising thing about this city? How many "big names" are always visiting or passing through. We attract some interesting folk.

What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? Pain au chocolat from Standard Baking Co.

What's the most under-appreciated place or thing in town? People-watching on the Eastern Prom is always thrilling.
