My Name is Jodi-Lyn, I am a mother of one. I love to make knotted usable items that either act as wearable items or have some practical use. I enjoy going down to the old port and walking around enoying the atmosphere.

Why did you choose Portland? I choose Portland because I loved the rich environment and lively crowed.

Who are Portlanders you admire and why? I admire the artists, they work the hardest, and they get recognized for it.

What do you like to do with out-of-towners? I like to take them to the old Port. There is no place like it.

Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? The Beach is my happy place.

What's the most surprising thing about this city? The connections you make never seem to stop. Everyone always seems to know someone you know.

What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? Fresh produce. find it at the farmers markets.

What's the most under-appreciated place or thing in town? The architecture.

Describe your perfect night—and the following morning—in Portland. The perfect night for me would start with a picnic at the beach and then going intown to view the shops staying out drinking at the local watering hole and then returning back at the beach to watch the sunrise.

Do you have a serendipity spot? Where do you always bump into good people? Willard Beach area. The surrounding streets are always filled with wonderful and helpful people.
