Lives In Munjoy Hill
I live, work and breathe Portland, Maine. In my former career, I worked with Portland’s Downtown District to promote downtown Portland as an ideal place to live, work, play and invest. I was also named one of Portland's most influential people by the Portland Phoenix.
Selling Portland has been a central part of my identity for my entire adult life! I represent buyers and sellers of condos and single family homes in the greater Portland area. My specific market focus is downtown Portland condos - read my 2015 Portland Condo Report here.
A big believer in giving back to the community, I currently donate my time and expertise to the boards of the Munjoy Hill Neighborhood Organization and Portland Buy Local. I own and live in a 3-family home on Munjoy Hill with my wife Morgan and our adorable orange cat, Pip.
I am proud to be a top-producing member of Vitalius Real Estate Group - a boutique real estate brokerage based in downtown Portland, Maine. Learn more about the Vitalius team by clicking here. We are the proud program sponsor of 2 Degrees Portland!
Why did you choose Portland? After enjoying five years in Boston, I decided that Portland was the perfect mix of an affordable, livable city with amazing culture, food, and limitless ways to express oneself. It's small but it is truly perfect for me.
What do you like to do with out-of-towners? Take a walk in the Old Port and Arts District to visit countless locally owned and independent businesses and show off the working waterfront.
Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? The Eastern Promenade of course.
What's the most surprising thing about this city? The sheer number of creative people contributing to Portland's creative economy. The food here is incredible. Everything I need in a city, Portland provides.
What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? The bagels at Scratch and the 158 Pickett Street cafe in South Portland.
