Job Freelance Photographer

Lives In Falmouth Foreside

Chris is a country boy at heart, was born and raised in the woods of Maine, has a degree in photography from RIT, once worked on the Appalachian Trail and lived in a tent for six months as a backcountry ranger, enjoys cycling and disappears during the month of July for the Tour de France, loves music, and thinks he knows how to play the guitar. He believes the key to happiness is directly correlated to the number of adventures one has. He is New England based and available for wedding and freelance assignments worldwide.

Why did you choose Portland? I grew up in a little town in central Maine and have since traveled the world. Even after all of the places I've been, Portland still speaks to me like no other place. The people, food, culture... there is the perfect balance of ocean and mountains. Its the perfect home base.

What do you like to do with out-of-towners? I like to take outsiders to see the sights, walking the eastern trail, checking out Mackworth Island, strolling around the Old Port.

Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? I love sunrise bike rides along the eastern trail.

Describe your perfect night—and the following morning—in Portland. A backyard BBQ with friends in the West End followed by brunch or a homemade breakfast the next morning.
